2. executive management styles 管理高层的风格
3. what obstacles the organization anticipates in meeting its goals 公司在达到其目标过程中预计会遇到什么障碍
4. how the organization's goals have changed over the past three to five years 公司的经营方向在过去三到五年内有什么变化
