William：
The company wants to renew my contract. 
公司要跟我续约。

Laura：
That's great. Aren't you glad? 
太好了。你不高兴吗？

William：
Yes, but, unless I can get a 20% raise, I don't think I am interested in renewing it. 
高兴，不过除非能加薪20%，否则我没兴趣续约。

Laura：
I'm sure they will give you a 20% raise, at least. You deserve it. 
我确信他们至少会为你加薪20%。这是你该得的。
