C: Good evening, sir and madam. Welcome to the Coffee Shop.

C: 0ne Carlsberg and one yoghurt. I'll bring them right away. Here's your yoghurt, madam. And your Carlsberg, sir. Are you ready to order now?
G: Yes, French Onion Soup and Black Pepper Steak for my wife.
C: Yes, sir. How would you like your beef done?
G: Medium well.
C: Yes. Medium well. Would you like some red wine please?
G: No, I take one fruit. What fruit do you have today?
C: Today we have water melon, pineapple, banana, madarin orange, grape, strawberry and kiwifruit.
G: 0ne strawberry, please.
C: So French Onion Soup, Black Pepper Steak, medium well, and one strawberry. Thank you. What about yourself, sir?
G: I'll start with Minestrone Soup followed by Spaghetti Bologness. For dessert, I'll take ice cream.
C: What kind of ice cream would you like? We have strawberry, chocolate and vanilla.
G: Vanilla, please. And two Irish coffee.
C: So, Minestrone Soup, Spaghetti Bologness and vanilla ice cream and two Irish coffee. One moment, please.
Part Two A Buffet Breakfast
C1: Good morning, sir and madam. A table for three?
G1: Yes.
C1: I'll show you to your table. Come this way, please. We serve buffet here. Our buffet price is 50 yuan for each cover.
G1: We like it.
C1: Please help yourselves to the buffet.
G1: Look at the buffet table! It's well decorated and well organized.
G2: And there is an array of fancy dishes.
C2: Thank you for your compliments. The buffet here is an international one which caters to the taste of diners both from home and abroad. Allow me to introduce you our buffet here. In the middle is a set of chafing dishes which include noodle, congee, smoked fish, bacon, ham, sausage and pancake. Near the window are cold dishes, that is, salad, pickles, fresh vegetables and so on. Next to the window is the bread table including croissant, Danish bread, French toast and rolls. Around the column are chilled and hot drinks such as hot and cold milk, coffee, black tea, chilled juices and soybean milk.
G1: Thank you. We'll be sure to have a good breakfast here.
C2: I hope you will.
Part Three A Continental Breakfast
C: Good morning, madam. A table for two?
G: No, she's not with me.
C: This way, please.
G: Thank you.
C: You are welcome. Here's the menu madam, please.

C: Yes, madam. Coffee or tea please?
G: Coffee. For bread, I'd like soft roll.

G: Orange juice, please.
C: So you'd like to have coffee, soft roll, with assorted jam and orange juice. Thank you for your order, madam. One moment, please.

C: Good morning, sir. Welcome to the Coffee House.
G: Thank you.
C: How many of you, please, sir?
G: Just two. My wife is coming.
C: Yes, sir. This way, please. What do you think of this table?
G: Fine.
C: Here's the menu, sir. May I take your order now?
G: A full breakfast for both of us.
C: Certainly, sir. Coffee or tea please?
G: Two coffees.

G: 0ne tomato juice for me and one pineapple juice for my wife.
