道歉篇（15）：意外违反合同的道歉
Dear Mr. Norris,
亲爱的那瑞斯先生：
We apologize for failure to deliver your goods at scheduled time in accordance with the contract we reached.
非常抱歉我们未能在达成的合同中预定的时间交货。
Unfortunately, owing to excessive demand last month, we were unable to fill all orders on time. However, we will compensate all your economic loss due to the unexpected violation of contract.
不幸的是，由于上个月订单过多，我们没能按时交付所有的订单。不过，由于此次意外违反合同，我们会赔偿您所有的经济损失。
