亲爱的艾佛列克先生：
According to our contract, we can cancel the order only if you inform us three weeks prior to the delivery date. However, you just did this without notifying us in advance. Moreover, we haven't got a reasonable explanation from your side yet. You'll have to give us a satisfactory answer for the matter mentioned above.
根据合同规定，我们只能接受发货日期前的三周的订单取消要求。然而，贵公司未提前通知就取消订单了。而且，我们至今还未得到一个合理的解释。请贵公司给我们一个满意的答复！
