投诉篇（9）：投诉未开发票

敬爱的贾斯汀先生：
We are pleased to inform you that the goods of PO0811023 arrived in Taipei yesterday morning. But there is no formal Commercial Invoice attached. I have asked the courier agent to find it throughout these cartons and nothing was found. Please mail the Invoice immediately for custom purpose. <br>
我们很高兴通知你的订单昨天早上已经抵达台北。但是却没有正式的商业发票，我已经叫空运业者把这些箱子都翻了一遍就是找不到可以通关的发票。
We sincerely expect this situation will not happen again, which caused us a lot of troubles in custom clearance.
我们衷心地期待这种状况不会再发生，因为这样造成了我们在海关通关时莫大的困扰。
