Please be informed that your software of IT-250 (Website No. IT-01001250) are with wrong statement. This software has been ordered on June 25th, 2008 via your online website, which stated that this software can be applied to Windows 98. After I installed it, it couldn't work at all. I simply want to know if I need a new replacement？
