We are glad to inform you that your delivery arrived in our company in good condition on June 17th, 2008. On the other hand, we also found some defective merchandise. The system of this merchandise shuts down automatically while instructing some commands. Attached are some pictures for your study, and please transfer these information to your RMA Dept.
