Dear Mr. Coddy,
亲爱的柯迪先生：
We both have agreed all the terms. So there shouldn't be any problem with the contract. We are waiting for you to send us the copy of the contract. If you can send it to us at once, we can execute the project next week.
我们双方都同意了所有的条款。因此，合同应该就没什么问题了吧！我们在等着您把合同寄过来。如果您及时寄过来，我们下周就可以动工了。
Any delay would mess up the whole plan. Please keep us informed if there is any change in the plan.
