青岛中集集装箱制造有限公司（简称青岛中集）由中集集团、中国国际海运集装箱（香港）有限公司和CIMC Holdings（B.V. I.）Limited三方合资经营，总投资额2800万美元，注册资本2784万美元。主要生产国际标准干货集装箱，具备年产近18万标箱的生产能力。

青岛中集专用车有限公司（简称青岛中集车辆）是由中集集团、中集车辆(集团)有限公司和CIMC Vehicle Investment Holding Company Limited共同出资组建，总投资额8651万元人民币，注册资本6288万元人民币。主要生产半挂车、厢式车、工程车、特种车等专用车辆及各类方舱。

CIMC Qingdao is one of the CIMC’s main production bases in China. At present , CIMC Qingdao includes: Qingdao CIMC Container Manufacture Co., Ltd.、Qingdao CIMC Special Vehicles Co., Ltd.

Qingdao CIMC Container Manufacture Co., Ltd.(QDCM) is a tri-party joint venture of CIMC, China International Marine Container (Hongkong) Co., Ltd. and CIMC Holding (B.V.I) Limited.

The total capital is 28 millions dollar, registration capital is 27.84 millions dollar. The main production is the international standard dry van, with an annual throughout of about 180 thousands TEU.

Qingdao CIMC Special Vehicles Co., Ltd.(QCSV) is a joint venture of CIMC, CIMC Vehicles(group) Co., Ltd. and CIMC Vehicle Investment Holding Company Limite. The total capital is 86.51 millions RMB, the Registration capital is 62.88 millions RMB. The main productions are semi-trailer、special vehicles and special containers
