公司生产的床条主要为长度500mm~1500mm，宽度25mm~80m，厚度8mm~12mm，床条的材质有全桦木，全杨木，桉木+桦木，桉木+杨木等，可以根据客户需要选择。
公司高度重视所生产床条的环保标准，甲醛释放量符合欧洲床条E1或E0标准，定期到相关权威机构进行检测，完全符合标准。
我们所生产的床板条可以根据客户需要进行贴纸，表面树脂或自然等表面处理，产品美观、实用。
我们本着不断进取的原则，定期对床条生产设备进行更新改造，我们拥有弯曲半径分别为R4000，R5000和R8000的热压机，部分生产过程实现半自动化，为生产高质量的产品打下了坚实的基础。

QINGDAO LUHONG is a specialist bed slat supplier ，we producing high quality bed slat to IKEA and some European customers. The company sit in the beautiful city Qingdao , 50 kms from the Qingdao port and 80 kms from the Qingdao Airport.
Bed slat are also known as sprung slats, laminated bed slats, plywood bed slat and curved bed slats.
We mainly produce bed slats for IKEA, and export to German and other European countries.
The capacity of our production is about 600 cbm per month.
All our productions meets E1 or E0 norm, the materials could be birch ,eucalyptus and poplar according to what you need.
We have presses of R4000, R5000, and R8000 the length we can produce is between 500 mm to 1500 mm. the width from 25 mm to 70 mm and the thickness from 8 mm to 12 mm.
