本厂碟形弹簧质量严格执行GB／T1972及DIN2093标准。材料采用高质量的弹簧钢60Si2MnA或50CrVA。我厂也可采用特殊材料制造如不锈钢、铬镍铁合金等，适用于高温和腐蚀性环境。

Established in 2002, Nantong Zhuoyue Precision Machinery Units Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the research, design, manufacture, sale and service of springs. Our company has fix assets of 50 million RMB and covers an area of about 20,000 square meters. At present, we have about 61 employees, including 5 technical personnel with university and college educational background.
We have more than 30 sets of computerized coiling machines, a wire forming system, 1 set of hot coiled spring line, 3 sets of computer 8-model machines, 3 sets of automatic quenching & annealing lines, 6 sets of automatic grounding machines, 3 sets of shot peening machines, 1 set of powder coating line and 1 set of E-coating line.
We can manufacture different kinds of springs with diameter from 0.05mm to 8.0mm. Our daily output is 40 million pieces. Our products include compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, belleville springs, spiral springs, wave springs, die springs, wire form springs, punching components and stainless steel springs. Up to now, our products have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions in the world.
