| 一、概述
该机组专用于成型塑料板材或片材，其工艺是将已经塑化好的呈粘流态的挤出片材，通过一系列相向旋转着的水平辊筒间隙，使物料承受挤出和延展作用，而成为规定尺寸的片状制品，选择不同的主机可对多种物料进行挤塑（典型的如PVC、PP、PE、TPR等）进行加工，其制品在鞋材、塑胶、建筑、食品、包装、日用品、医药及其它工艺中应用甚广。
我公司生产的片材挤出机组有多种规格，已系列化，用户可根据不同需求选择。
This line is specialized for making plastic sheets. The plasticized sticky flowing material will be extruded by extruder mainframe and goes through the rotating rollers of the auxiliary machine which will make the materials be extruded, extended, pulled and rolled into various kinds of boards or designed sheets, which can also be used to lanminate single or double layers sheets or cloths. Different mainframe machines can be used in processing different kinds of materials, such as PVC, PP, PE, TPR, Modified material, etc., which are used widely in construction, shoes and hats, luggages, commodity, medicine and other industries. There are many types of sheet extruding machines available in our company, and customers can choose according to their own requirements.
二、生产工艺流程
原粒料配混料---挤出机（塑化挤出）---成型机（压延成型并通水冷却）---风冷---修边装置（边型修整）---风冷---牵引机（同步牵引）---切断装置（计长度）---收卷装置（成品收卷）
