挤出机螺杆料筒采用38CrMoAla经过氮化热处理，硬度更高产量更大，机组采用自动化温控，简化操作，确保产品质量，市场利润明显。
Introduce:
The machine can be used to produce the new recycle materials by washed wasteful woven sacks, plastic films & scraps in the production of the woven sacks.
The screws are accordingly designed to the various features of the different materials, so it is suitable to recycle the granulator of mixed color into granulator. After special stiffen treatments, the screws and barrels endure the wear and tear better and lead a higher output. Both vacuum vent and common vent can drive the water out from the material while processing, so as to make sure the products in superior quality.
