新型牵引机介绍（具体生产结构会有所创新）
出于传统使用的各种单牵引机普遍存在故障率高、冲击大、运行平稳性差、起动控制性
能差、电耗高、维修成本大、维修难度大等缺陷，为解决以上诸多问题，现研制了此新型牵引
机；本机型具以下几方面特点：
1、使用新型轨道，大大提高了导向精度，使牵引头运行更平稳、阻力更小；
2、夹料机头不安装夹料动力装置，机头重量仅100公斤，是普通机头重量的1/4，从而
使得运行过程冲击小、起停灵敏，有效的提高了控制性能，同时牵引电机功率也降低
了1/3；
3、夹料机头无控制箱及控制元件，无须为机头控制系统故障而操心，极大的减少了故障
率，也降低了维修难度；无滑触线和集电器等重要易损件，减少了使用维护成本；
4、牵引电机使用4/8极双速变频电机，使牵引机低速牵引时有足够的平稳运行频率，消
除了低速牵引时爬行及牵引力不稳的问题；
5、本机型使用双钢丝绳传动，靠挤压机端安装了夹料托板和压爪动作的气动机构；
6、PLC以通讯方式控制变频器参数，有效控制各速度段的起停和速度段间的平滑过渡，
使得运行流畅可靠无冲击，有效提高铝材质量；
7、本机型刹车系统主要是由PLC通过变频器进行平滑刹车，机械刹车只用于停止位及
断电保护刹车；
