本机床适用于电站、石油、化工、造船等行业中管件制造、管道安装单位使用；是管件制作和管道施工焊接前管端坡口加工的关键设备。
本机床可配制不同的夹具，能加工φ820-φ1020直管和弯头等的管端坡口；刀盘上配有角度刀架可加工壁厚大于14毫米的中高压管道、浮动刀架可加工壁厚小于16毫米失园在5毫米内的低压管道；角度刀架按不同管径调节位置后由差动机构传动进行切削加工；夹紧装置采用平台结构和柔性夹紧可扩大加工范围和减少管件变形；管件找正采用动力头左右手工移动和夹具平台上下电动升降方法；电气采用在操作箱上集中操作机床各动作，方便可靠。
本机床由动力头、刀盘结构、床身结构、夹具平台结构、电气控制系统等五大部件组成。
1、动力头
本动力头由电动机通过齿轮变速输出六档主轴速度和三种差动刀架进给速度；尾部还配有刀架电动快速进退机构，可以单独或与差动进给同时使用。
2、刀盘机构
本刀盘上可安装角度刀架，应根据加工管径大小需调节刀架相应位置，方可进行切削工作，角度刀架由差动速度传动进行切削。
3、床身机构
床身上安装电动纵向进给机构、手动横向调切机构、床身和拖板组件，电动纵向进给有快速和工进二种速度，二种速度可以单独或同时同向或逆向一起工作。
4、夹具平台机构
夹具座架上安装平台和电动升降机构，平台上有纵、横T型槽为安装管件支座和柔性夹紧机构。
5、电气控制系统
电器元件安装在电气专用箱内，操作元件安装在悬挂式的操纵箱内，机床的动作均可操纵箱上操作

This grade of bed can compound different jigs , can process φ 400 - straight tubes and φ 400 - the curved and first class tube end slope bevelling of φ 820 to φ1020 ; On cutter fix one angletool holdercan process the middle higher press pipe which thick to greater than 14 mm. floating tool holder can bevel the pipe which thickness is less 16mm and has 5mm out of shape,Angle knife rest regulate after the position cutting processing according to different pipe diameter by differential organization transmission; Clamping the device adopts the structure of the platform and flexibility to clamp and can expand the range of processing and reduce the pipe fittings out of shape ; Pipe fittings is it adopt power head about move and jig platform electronic method to go up and down up and down by hand to let; Electric to adopt at operating case is it operate lathe every movement to concentrate onning, convenient and reliable.
Lathe this make up by power head , tool holder , machine tool body, clamping device , electric control system ,etc. five major parts ,
（1）MILLING head:
This milling head is output by motor six shelf main shaft move rapidly and 3 kinds of differential knife rests is it work up rapidly to give closely to change speed through gear wheel; Tail furnished with knife rest is it advance and retreat organization to lock soon while being electronic also, can alone or with differential to is it give meanwhile using to enter.
（2）cuttertool holder
Can install the angle knife rest on this knife of plates , should need to regulate the corresponding position of knife rest according to processing the size of pipe diameter , can carry on the work of cutting ; The angle knife rest is moved the transmission to cut differentially rapidly.
（3）machine tool body:
including motorize longitudinal feed and manual traverse feed, longitudinal feed has two speed: fast , slow , two speed can with to work while being reverse alone or at the same time.
（4）Clamping device /Jig platform organization:
Jig seat frame install platform and hoist or lower organization while being electronic, platform have vertical , horizontal Model T trough for install pipe fittings prop up flat and flexibility clamp organization.
（5）Electric control system:
The electric component is installed in the electric special-purpose case, operate the component and install in the manipulation case of the hanging type, operate on handling the case in movement of the lathe
