此产品为单体集装箱房屋，钢结构部分采用集装箱钢结构，无卫生间，双床位设计。
使用上，不仅可采用单体，也可根据实际场地组合形成连排公寓、酒店等，常规设计可堆码6层。
单箱通过CSC认证，可根据具体组合进行设计，达到整体抗风抗震的相关认证要求。
报价说明如下：
1、油漆关西，按内面富锌30，外面、底架304040。

2、该箱两端带有门框、其中一端带有窗框；普通角件；内部焊50x50x1.5t方管或C型钢材做内龙骨。
There are two door frames at each end , and one window frame at its one end ; it adopts common corner castings;for interior area,it welds 50x50x1.5t square tubes or C type steel sheets as its interior keels.
3、底架18t plywood木地板，窗洞、门洞用镀锌封起、带简易门，便于海运及检查。

4、本报价不含室外露台钢结构及装修材料费用，可根据客户需要单独报价。
