PC solid sheets with 100% imported raw materials and advanced machine production.The advantages are as follows.
Light transmission:Good light transmission( at a ratio of 88%),not liable to yellowing,atomization or degraded under light transmission or exposed to fierce sunshine.
Weathering resistance:UV resistant co-extruded layer is applied on the surface,is able to prevent resin yellowing caused by ultraviolet radiation.The co-extruded layer on the surface has chemical bonds to absorb ultraviolet radition and change it to visible light to ensure the photosynthesis of plants (very suitable to protect precious artworks or exhibits to prevent them from ultraviolet radiation).
Impact resistance:Impact strengh of sold PC sheets is 250-300 times higher than ordinary glass.
Flame retardance:It’s Grade B1 in flame retardance,tested according to GB8624-1997,no fire drip,no poisonous gas.
Temperature resistance:It will not cause deformation and quality deterioration within the temperature of -40~120.
Portability:Light weight and easy handling and drilling.It is freeof breaking during cut-off erection.Cold bending can be directly performed,simple construction and good maching.
