液压油

一般现在国内的试验机用的都是46号抗磨液压油，特殊天气情况的可以更改，如果实验室内没有装空调或者暖气的话就要改一下了，热的时候用粘稠度高的油，比如68号抗磨液压油，冷的时候用粘稠度低的油，比如32号抗磨液压油，如果实验室有空调或者暖气的话就不用换了，46号抗磨液压油完全可以

安全保护装置

a）当试验力超过最大试验力的3%时，过载保护，油泵电机停机。

b）当活塞升起达到上极限位置时，行程保护，油泵电机停机。

功能用途概述

1.该WE系列数显式液压万能试验机主要有WE-100B、WE-300B、WE-600B、WE-1000B四种型号，采用手动控制、液压加载，电子测量、液晶显示、试验数据自动处理，试验结果打印，主要用于完成对金属材料和非金属材料的拉伸、压缩、弯曲等力学性能，完全符合国家GB/T16826-2008《电液伺服万能试验机》及《金属材料室温拉伸试验方法》GB/T228-2002标准要求；同时能满足： ISO、ASTM、JIS等标准中对材料的实验要求。可自动求取屈服力，抗拉强度等材料力学性能指标。增加附具后可完成：高强螺栓、链条、钢丝绳等材料的试验。

2.试验机主机采用双丝杠中横梁传动机构, 液压缸下置，安装试样方便，稳定性好，造型美观.

3. WE系列数显液压万能试验机是老式液压万能试验机的理想换代产品。
