一、宏成砖概念
宏成砖（轻型柔性墙面砖）是宏成企业的专利产品，其以玻纤毡为胎基，经浸涂改性石油沥青，上表面覆盖矿物颗粒，另一面撒以细砂制成，为外墙装饰、隔热、保温、防水为一体的饰面材料，既适合大面积施工，又解决了沟缝的难题，取代了昔日的传统陶瓷砖，实现现代饰墙产业的一次革命。
二、宏成砖特点：
轻型连体安全性好，本砖因轻型，又连体，适合大面积施工，饰墙操作快速、高效、安全、尤其适合高层建筑的外墙装饰。
工效高：产品轻型易搬运、易粘贴、易切割、节省运输成本，产品实行一体化，减少了许多复杂的施工程序。

第一步骤：原墙体补修层Step1:ToLeveltheoriginalwall
具体实施时：使用1：3水泥混合砂浆，在原墙体凹凸不平处补修至平整。

具体实施时：滚刷防水界面处理剂套浆层时先将防水界面处理剂加水调成糊状，采用滚刷至1mm厚度，干燥10-30分钟。

第三步骤：刮涂防水粘结砂浆（内含网格布）

具体实施时：刮涂防水粘结砂浆层时先将防水粘结砂浆加水调成糊状，采用刮板至2mm厚度，中间填埋网格布，刮至网格布完全覆盖，表面适度干燥30-60分钟。

第四步骤：刮涂高强度防水粘胶层

具体实施时：滚刷高强度防水粘胶层时先将强力
防水粘合剂调成糊状，刮涂强力粘合剂至1mm厚
度，表面干燥3-5分钟。

第五步骤：粘贴宏成砖（轻型柔性墙面砖）

用压板压至平整，为施工完毕（无需沟缝）。
