KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis person will coordinate the responsibilities with other plant and Corporate staff for the purposes of:
· Establish and maintain quality management system
· Audit quality management system, to ensure its conformance and efficiency
· In charge of incoming quality inspection, in-process quality inspection, outgoing quality inspection
· Collect data from customer and internal inspection and analyzing
· Handle customer complain
· Initiate corrective action and ensure its following up
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS· ·Responsible for the validation, inspection and testing of purchased product,
· in charge of the analysis and solving of quality issues happening in production
· In charge of the evaluation and handling of nonconforming product
· Continuous improvement of product quality in company
· In charge of the document management of quality system
· Assist the management representative to implement tasks related with quality systems
· In charge of the quality issue on the field solving.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS· Bachelors degree in machinery
· 5+ years working experience
· Experience with TS & TSO Quality Systems
· Good in English (both Oral & Written)
