装配平台用途：应用于动力机械设备的装配及调试，表面带有T形槽，装配平台可以固定动力机械设备。工作面上可加工圆孔、U型孔或长孔。材质：优质高强度灰口铸铁HT200-250，工作面硬度为HB170-240，铸件经过两次人工退火600℃-700℃或自然时效2-3年，完全去除内应力，精度稳定，耐磨性能好。

装配平台包装：木制包装。包装前经防锈处理并妥善包装，避免因包装不善而在运输过程中损坏产品。平板经检定合格后，应附有产品合格证;产品合格证上应出厂日期和产品序号。

装配平台是划线、测量、铆焊、工装工艺不可以缺少的工作台，也可以做机械试验平台等等。在装配平台的生产设计上采用箱体式、筋板式或其他结构型式。在装配平台的相对两侧面上，应有安装手柄或吊装位置的设置、螺纹孔或圆柱孔。

装配平台技术要求  1、平板工作面不得有严重影响外观和使用性能的砂孔、气孔、裂纹、夹渣、缩松、划痕、碰伤、锈点等缺陷。

2、平板的铸造表面应清除型砂且平整，涂漆牢固。

3、平板应采用优质细密的灰口铸铁或合金等材料制造，其工作面硬度应为170-220HB。

4、平板工作面通常应采用刮削工艺。

5、平面度公差见表2的规定。

Assembly plate are usually used to fit and debug the equipment.there are T-slot on the surface plate to fit the workpiece. Additionally, we can machine the round hole U-shaped, slot holes or other your desire on the surface plate.

The raw material of the cast iron assembly plate is the high -strength cast iron HT200-300 ，whose surface hardness is of HB170-240.After the two manual handing such as 600℃ to 700℃ artificial annealing as well as 2 to 3 years of natural aging, the T-slot has plate perfectly resists abrasion and has stable precision.

Technical requirements of assembly Plate:

1.The working surface, when inspected visually, shall be free from blowholes, sand holes, cracks, slag inclusions scratches, porous patches and other visual flaws.

2.The working surface shall be clean and uniform and the other sides shall be painted well.

3,The raw material of Cast Iron Surface Plate shall be the close-grained cast iron whose hardness is of HB 170~220.

4, the surface plate are usually adopted the scraping technology.

5,deviation from flatness of the working surface  shall not exceed the permitted deviations specified in Table2.
