SPU-Super PU is the latest product whichShanghai LiQiangcompany has invested substantial funds, human and material resources through efforts of one year in developing. The company researches it independently, with all of its proprietary intellectual property and manufacturing technology. SPU technology is prepared using PVC and rubber as principal material and dozens of chemical raw materials by means of absorption and importation of foreign latest shoes manufacturing technology and chemical formulations. In the process of manufacturing, it is formed by high pressure by means of metal seal mold with excellent airtight, adopting unique gas dynamics and gas protection principles. By this unique technology, SPU sole is very light and soft, exquisite as paste for surface and good resilient and other features which are more than PU in many performance. Particularly, its material costs are much smaller than the PU material by integrating antistatic agent into the sole according to the principle of expansion of molecular which makes the stability of anti-static index be significantly better than PU shoes. SPU shoe is one of products, with the highest content in technology, the most complexity in manufacturing process and the highest co-effective for manufacturing technology, formulation technology and production technology in anti-static shoes recently, and is the most promising anti-static footwear product in the future.
