摘要：本文介绍了一种定位通信终端设备的设计和开发。首先介绍了基于ST20-GP7和STB5610套片的硬件系统的开发，然后介绍了基于实时内核STLite/OS20和ST的GPS软件库进行的软件系统的开发，同时介绍了GPS的NMEA-0183数据流格式以及进行GSM短信息服务的AT命令的用法。为GPS定位的应用开发提供了一个有价值的参考和范例。

Chengdu 610054，China) Abstract: This paper introduced the designing
and developing of a locating and communicating terminal.
Firstly introduced the hardware system development,
which based on the ST20-GP7 and STB5610 chip-set,
then introduced the development of the software system that based on ST’s Real.
Time kernel STLite/OS20 and the GPS soft library,
finally, introduced the GPS’s dataPACket format of NMEA-0183 a
nd the usage AT command of GSM SMS.
The authors supplied a valuable reference and example for GPS locating application.
