在热收缩包装机方面，我司工程师根据市场上遇到的有些饮料瓶子厚薄不均匀、收缩瓶身标签时瓶子容易变形的问题时。设计出独特的偏置内运风方案，解决了瓶子变形的问题，而且比传统的收缩机节能50％。
在铝箔封口机方面，巧妙的运用高频电流的集肤效应和电磁场原理，早在五年前已经顺利解决了风冷式电磁感应铝箔封口机的IGBT管和感应线圈散热问题，以及超大口径瓶口的连续封口的难题。近年更研发出隧道式感应线圈，解决了瓶盖上部有装饰结构或工艺结构造成铝箔无法贴近平板式感应头造成不能封口的问题。
在全自动灌装机方面，我司在吸收国外先进技术的精华的同时，结合我国的情况，充分地利用、光、电、机械的互相配合，增加了许多先进的功能。如防止倒瓶装置、灌装嘴防撞报警、液体消泡装置等，大大提高了我司设备的可靠性及安全性。
