一、用途
JBK5系列控制变压器是我公司引进国外最新变压器系列，在国内JBK3系列控制变压器基
础上，经过多年来进一步吸收国外同类产品，并优选国外先进方法的接线端子结构、将端
子与骨架合并在一起，防护等级提高到IP2LX，防止偶然触及电路。采用IT冷压接线端子
，接线方式可以使接线密集程度提高。
变压器硅钢片与硅钢片之间联结、硅钢片与底板之间联结均采用氩弧焊工艺，形成一个整
体，简捷明了。尤其底板一次成型，安装与外形尺寸较JBK3系列更为准确，而且采用优质
防蚀合金材料，大大提高了接地性能的可靠性，全面提高了产品的质量，该产品符合VDE
0550、IEC204-1、IEC439、GB5226等有关国际、国家标准，并荣获欧共体“CE”
认证，可与国外产品互换使用。JBK5系列控制变压器适用于交流50-60HZ，输入电压不
超过220V，输入额定电压不超过500V，作为各行业的机械设备，一般电器的控制电源和
工作、信号灯的电源之用。

The JBK5 series control transformer introduces the overseas newest
transformer series in our company, in the domestic JBK3 series control
transformer foundation, further has absorbed the overseas similar product

terminal structure, the terminal and the framework merges in together, the
protection grade enhances IP2LX, prevented accidentally touches the electric
circuit. Uses the IT cold-press terminal, the wiring way may cause the wiring
