用途说明:
本系列设备用于吹制各种形状长短的中空容器.本机可升降,可储存3kg-15kg原料的模头.模头装置为上下厚薄控制、液压、合模机装置为光控半自动形式，适用原料为PP、PE、ABS等。此机型广泛用于化工、包装、汽车工业、机械工业、工具箱、玩具等产品。

QJ80B-QJ120B Extrusion Blow Molding Machine is applied to produce hollow containers for medicine, foodstuff, beverage, automobile parts, household appliance and daily necessaries. It is suitable for many materials, including PE, PP etc. The control system adopts closed loop control which has high quality, the lifetime is more than 10 years, and hydraulic system is pressure-flow double proportional control equipped with variable plunger pump to ensure fast and smooth operation of the machine and energy consumption of the hydraulic system can be reduced by 30% or above, saving considerable electricity.
