一、概述
该机组根据直接挤出或更叠挤出-----制作单色或双色压延成型产品、工艺流程线路作出合理设计，挤出机挤出的半融熔状态型坯。直接进入成型辊的型面间隙中，成型后并以较快速度冷却下来，并可在同步牵引的同时，对型材进行连续磨底和各种形状产品（如齿型、波浪型齿等）的分条处理工作。该机组的运行性能稳定、噪音低，广泛用于各种鞋边型条及多种异型断面的软塑胶制品的连续压延成型加工，是各鞋厂较为理想的辅助设备（适用材料如：PVC、PP、PE、PS）。

This Line is rational designed with the traits of direct-extruding of terrace-extruding for producing single-colour or two-colour compressed and extended products,The semi-melt products extruded from the extuder and go into the pattem gap of the forming roller,then cool down speedily after moulding.Atthe same time of synchronous traction,the finished products can be milled continuously and be cutin different products(serrated,waved).This unit has the virtues of stable performance and low-noise.lt is widely used in various types types of shoe edges and irregular sections of soft plastic products fot continuous compressing.extending&moulding manufcture.lt is an ideal auxiliary equipment for shoe manufactories(such as PVC,PP,PE,PBS etc.)

二、生产工艺流程
原粒料配混料---挤出机（塑化挤出）---成型牵引机（成型）---水冷却---牵引辊（牵引）--磨底机（底部打磨）---齿形剪切机（分条成型）---收卷机（捆扎成品）
