YLB-1S stainless steel bushings

Introduction

It's made of stainless steel, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer and the compound of PTFE material as its surface. As it is without lead, which makes the bearing lubricating condition cleaner, and in accordance with environmental request.
Metallurgical structure
1.PTFE with Oilfibre 0.01~0.03mm

2.Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm

3.Stainless steel backing 0.7~2.3mm
Typical Application

The high level of resistance in corrosion environment provides good application for chemical industry like chemical valve, chemical pump, flow meter, food industry, medicine industry, seawater/water lubrication parts etc.
