一、用途:

1.机身为槽钢机架，主机配有低中心齿轮减速机，具有传动平稳，扭矩大，维修方便之优点。
2.机筒和螺杆采用38CRMOAIA合金钢，经氮化处理，硬高高，耐腐性好，经久耐用。
3.本机在加热过程中，可根据工艺要求，自动控制、调整温度，操作简单。
4.牵引装置为无级调速，调速范围广，平稳可靠。
5.卷取为剖膜磨擦双收卷，收卷整齐，换卷方便。
Introduce:
Purpose:
- It is used to blow low-density Polyethylene (LDPE), high-density Polyethylene (HDPE), linear low-density Polyethylene (LLDPE) as well as other plastic compound films, and it is suitable for semi finished article cylinder material making of various T-shirt bags.
Function:
1. The machine body is U-steel frame, and the main machine is collocated with low-center gear decelerator, with advantages of stable transmission, large torque, and convenient repair.
2. The machine cylinder and screw adopt 38CrMoAIa alloy steel, after nitrogen treatment, it has high rigidity, good anti-corrosive performance and is rather durable.
3. During heating course, this machine can automatically control and regulate temperature according to craft requirements, with simple operation.
4. The traction device is stepless speed regulation, with broad regulation range, stable and reliable.
5. Ordered twisting, and is convenient to replace.
