一、挤出板材用先进的流延法生产，广东珠三角地区独家生产。产品无水波纹、纯平面、超透明、硬度好，表面可以根据要求单面和双面腹保护膜
规格有厚度0.25MM——2.0MM
宽915MM×长1220MM宽915MM×长1830MM长915MM×宽2400等多种尺寸。
同时生产（磨沙片，亚白、亚黑、各种颜色亚片）
用途
丝印、表面装饰、化妆品包装、吸塑、家具表面装饰、礼品装饰、折盒、圣诞装饰、圣诞树叶、彩印、菲林、各种卡片、扑克牌等等
二、压延片材品种有各种透明彩色规格PVC塑胶片材、卷材。
产品规格宽度<=850mm，厚度：0.08—1.0mm
根据客户需求生产全新进口PVC片材、国产全新PVC片材、仿新片、半新片、再生A级片、再生B级片、再生C级片、和PVC水处理片。透明和彩色各种规格PVC塑胶片材、镀金银片、植绒片。
用途吸塑、折盒、圣诞装饰、圣诞树叶、彩印、菲林、卡片、扑克牌等等。

（工厂生产PVC都以重量销售，按张出售几乎都是贸易行为。
PVC透明硬片的密度基本都是国际统一标准，比如透明的按标准厚度计算是1.365，如果对方告诉你密度是1.33或更低这样就材料便宜等的话，只要你买按就等于多出钱了，打比方：标0.5的厚度其实就只有0.43或更薄。那密度自然就小了）。

公司所生产的PVC片/板材可分为以下几类：
PVC slice/sheet can be divided into the following:
1．按颜色：本色片，略带兰光片，各种有色片（可按客户提供的样品或标准色卡生产）；
- a. Color: nature slice, bluish slice, various colors slice (Produce according to customers’ samples and standard color card)
2．按透明度：透明片，半透明片，不透明片；
b. Transparency: transparent, semi-transparent, opaque;
3．按表面处理：光片，磨砂片（粗细均有），单、双贴膜，哑白（黑）片，光白（黑）片；
生产规格范围：
c. Surface treatment: glossy slice, matte slice (thickness or thinness), single and double paste film, matte white (black), glossy white (black) slice.
Specification Rang:
磨砂片厚度为0.16mm-2.0mm，透明片，光白片等其它品种的厚度为0.23mm-2.0mm，最大宽度为1270mm；最适宜宽度为915mm-1000mm；890-10470mm；1180-1270mm或它们的一半，否则生产有浪费，价格会有所提高；长度一般大于500mm即可。通用规格为915*1220mm和915*1830mm,1220*2440mm特殊规格可定制。

3、 透明片厚度在3.0MM---0.22MM之间都可以生产，哑片和砂片2.3MM---0.15MM之间都可以生产，
宽度915MM——1280MM之间。长度不限制。
备注：以上板材价格按重量出售。也可以按张出售，可自选或订特殊规格。
无法按倍数生产的特殊规格按标准规格计算。
